An Even Better Place to Work

The latest teacher retention statistics say that we are facing difficult times ahead, particularly in secondary schools. 'According to a recent National Education Union survey, 80% of classroom teachers have seriously considered leaving the profession in the past 12 months'. How do you know if your staff are happy, and even if you knew they were not, what could you do about it? 

We need to make sure the teachers we have are happy and that their needs are being met, or we may face loosing more.

An Even Better Place to Work is an on-line, self-managed tool designed by Shay McConnon. Shay is a psychologist, an author and international speaker, he specialises in leadership and culture issues.

There are two levels in the system, Level one enables you to measure your staff morale. It can be done by staff online, in 5 minutes (we know you are busy) and is completely FREE for schools until Dec 2019. Please contact us if you would like to know more.


Once you know where your staff happiness levels are, if you find them low, Level two gives you instruction on how to enable staff to take ownership for their issues. This is an ideal approach when time and budgets are limited.
