(a) change is possible, (b) individuals have within them the resources, strengths and skills to bring about the kinds of changes they are seeking, and (c) when people are supported and encouraged to draw on these resources, they are more likely to bring about helpful changes.
Drawing from these basic premises, the programme focuses on bringing to life and harnessing the interpersonal resources of young people in four inter-related areas:
• Knowing Yourself
• Working With Others
• Leading Others
• Taking Community Action & Making a Difference
