The programme has been designed to cover different units of work in PHSE for primary pupils. The aims of the programme are to enable children to:

• Friendship – what a friend is and why are they important
• Feelings and emotions – how we can recognise these in oneself and others
• Respect – for oneself and others
• Rules – why we need rules and what some of them might be
• Honesty – being trustworthy and the importance of telling the truth
Included in the programme is a bumper 176 page activity book with songs, activities, games and worksheets.
