Written by Dr Tina Rae and Dr Amy Such, the activities in this 30-session programme are ASD friendly through the use of explicit aims, reinforcement, clear language, concrete examples, role play, structure and routine, and a focus on self-awareness. This book also includes a comprehensive PowerPoint Training Session for staff and carers.

- My Toolkit for Wellbeing & Future Health
This resource provides the school-based practitioner with a series of practical and user-friendly activities for use with ASD girls. They include activities designed to support the child or young person in understanding their own feelings and worries and the fact that these are valid but can also be challenged. The need to remember that our feelings are not always facts is key here.
For ages 8-18
Tina Rae has more than 30 years’ experience working with young people and families in both clinical and educational settings. She currently works as a Consultant Educational & Child Psychologist in both SEMH and mainstream settings and for Compass Fostering supporting foster carers, social workers and looked-after children. Tina is an award-winning author and has written more than 100 publications.
Dr Amy Such is an HCPC-registered child and educational psychologist and author and is currently working as an independent educational and child psychologist. Amy has worked in a number of local authority Educational Psychology Services, meeting the social, emotional and mental health needs of children and young people. Whilst working at Buckinghamshire Educational Psychology Service, she assisted in the Nurture Group Project and ELSA Project, providing professional supervision, staff training and CPD for practitioners.
